Project Backpack provides school supplies to those in need enrolled in the current fall semester at Elgin Community College (District 509) or school districts U-46, D300, D301, D303, or D20 - or reside therein.

Proof of Eligibility

You must show one of the following items as proof of your current fall enrollment in one of the above-mentioned districts:

• School Registration
• Report card
• Other proof of enrollment

If you cannot provide proof of enrollment, please bring proof of residency for one of the districts listed above.
