A large part of Project Backpack’s continued success for over 15 years is our robust resource fair where local organizations share vital resources with our attending families. Many families continue to need support, and your agency may have the resources and services some need.

Help us make an even bigger difference in our community by registering your organization for the fair! Host an agency table during the event on August 1, 2026, from 9 am to 1 pm, and connect with over 1,000 community members.

Eligibility & Fees

Agencies who may find the event particularly beneficial are those that serve families with school-aged children within our District 509 community, though we welcome any organization or business with resources to share.

• Non-profit agency participation fee: $0 
• For-profit agency participation fee: $150 donation
