Host an agency table during the event on August 2, 2025, from 9 am – 1 pm, where families can freely visit your table for information.

The Project Backpack committee is grateful to collaborate with local districts and the ECC Spartan Pantry again. This year, social service agencies have a valuable place!

Many families continue to struggle, and your agency may have the resources and services some need. We welcome you to collaborate by hosting a table during the event.

The agency registration form for participation will be available on this page soon. 

Eligibility & Fees

Organizations and businesses within or serving the Elgin Community College (ECC) district will be considered participating agencies.

• Non-profit agency participation fee: $0 
• For-profit agency participation fee: $150 donation.
