You can make a difference in your community by volunteering with Project Backpack. Volunteers are needed to assist on the day of the event and prepare backpacks and supplies. If you are interested in getting involved, please use the form below to sign up for volunteer shifts.

Project Backpack 2025 Volunteer Information

The following volunteer shifts are available for Project Backpack 2025:

Packing Days

Volunteers will pack backpacks with school supplies and mental health kits.

• Wednesday, July 30: 9 am to 11 am, 11 am to 1 pm, 1 pm to 3 pm
• Thursday, July 31: 9 am to 11 am, 11 am to 1 pm

Event Day

Volunteers will be placed in stations throughout the event space. Possible stations include handing out tickets, directing lines, giving away backpacks, refilling supplies, etc. More information will be provided on the day of the event.

• 7 am to 11:15 am
• 10:45 am to 3 pm
